Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Films is among the defendants in a copyright lawsuit filed by billboard model Angelyne.



The model filed a copyright infringement lawsuit yesterday (January 4) in the U.S. District Court of Los Angeles.



Angelyne claims that the makers of the film “Notorious” about the life of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace, used her image in the movie without her consent.



In the complaint it says, “At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, adapt or distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the ‘Notorious’ motion picture.”



Because of the movie’s unlawful use of her billboard, she says she has suffered “loss of reputation and standing in the community.”



Angelyne, a so called "billboard queen," is famous in Hollywood for buying her own billboards and putting pictures of herself on them.
