I knew it was just a matter of time.With the critical success of 3D feature films in the United States like “Kung Fu Panda”, “Avatar” and Justin Bieber’s “Never Say Never 3D”, we ALL knew it was just a matter of time before the smart people out there figured out a way to take porno into the realm of 3D.It has happened.Movie-goers lined up around the block to see what is billed as the world's first 3D porn film as it opened to packed movie theaters across Hong Kong on Thursday, with some shows selling out completely.The movie is loosely based on a piece of classical Chinese erotic literature, the $3 million Cantonese-language movie "3-D Sex and Zen: Extreme Ecstasy" features orgies, swinging and some very graphic sex scenes.The surprising thing? A lot of the customers were female.One told reporters,
"I'm not normally much of a movie-goer, but this one is just too good to miss. I'd like to see what 3D porn sex is like on the big screen. We are very curious; it’s the first time to see an X-rated porno film in the cinema. It should be very interesting."
The film stars Japanese adult porn actresses Yukiko Suo and Saori Hara, and is a remake of the 1991 film "Sex and Zen" which is still the highest-grossing Hong Kong adult sex movie of all time.
